Church Media Assistant
Building a sustainable seven-day content engine that keeps a church congregation connected and engaged far beyond Sunday.
The Challenge
The Church Media team was burning out. Producing fresh content every week — graphics, captions, video clips, stories — without a system or strategy was exhausting, inconsistent, and often last-minute. The church's online presence suffered for it: engagement was low, posts were sporadic, and the digital community wasn't growing.
Our Approach
We designed a complete content operations system for the media team — including a 30-day rolling content calendar, a suite of branded post templates, a caption library organized by content pillar, and a simple weekly workflow that made content creation predictable instead of chaotic. We also trained the internal team on the system so they could operate it independently over time.
The Outcome
The media team now works from a clear weekly roadmap. Content goes out consistently, looks professionally branded, and the congregation has responded — engagement has grown and members regularly cite social content as a reason they feel connected to the church community between Sundays.
